Return, Replacement & Refund Policy

At PYDAN, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of our products and hygiene standards, we have a strict and transparent Return, Replacement & Refund Policy as outlined below.
1. GENERAL POLICY
All sales made through our website are final.
We currently do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition, as determined by our internal review team.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT OR REFUND
2.1 Damaged or Defective Products
You may be eligible for a replacement only if:
- The product received is damaged or broken.
- There is a major manufacturing defect (e.g., torn material, severe size mismatch).
- The product received is completely different from what was ordered.
Slight differences of up to 3–4% in color, print tone, pattern, or size are normal and will not qualify as defects.
2.2 Proof Requirement
To initiate a claim, you must:
- Email us at info@pydan.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include your order number, photos/videos of the damaged product, and outer packaging.
- Maintain the original packaging until your claim is reviewed.
2.3 Review and Decision
Our team will investigate your request within 5–7 working days.
Approval or rejection of replacement/refund will be solely at PYDAN’s discretion, based on evidence provided.
3. CANCELLATION POLICY
You can cancel your order only before it has been dispatched.
Once dispatched, cancellations or modifications will not be possible.
To cancel, contact us immediately at info@pydan.in with your order ID.
4. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Used or washed products
- Products damaged due to improper handling
- Customized or discounted items
- Products with normal color or size variations (within 3–4%)
5. REFUND METHOD (IF APPROVED)
If a refund is approved:
- It will be processed through the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping or convenience fees (if any) are non-refundable.
- In some cases, refund timelines depend on your bank/payment provider.
6. SHIPPING DAMAGES
If a product is damaged in transit:
- Do not accept the package if visibly damaged.
- If already received, report immediately (within 24–48 hours) with pictures of the box and item.
7. OUR RIGHTS
PYDAN reserves the right to deny any return or refund claim that doesn’t meet the above conditions.
We may amend this policy anytime to reflect changes in operational or legal requirements.
