PYDAN is an online store that offers a curated range of home essentials, including doormats, rugs, mops, and décor products designed to enhance modern living spaces.
All Products listed are owned, managed, and sold by PYDAN, located in Delhi, India.
2. ELIGIBILITY

- Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual appearance may vary slightly.
- All measurements are approximate.
These minor variations do not qualify as defects and will not be eligible for return or replacement.
5. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices listed on our Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to modify prices, discounts, or offers without prior notice.
Payments can be made through secure payment gateways such as Razorpay, PayPal, Stripe, UPI, debit/credit cards, or net banking. We do not store or have access to your payment information.
6. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION
6.1 Order Confirmation
Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email or SMS confirming your purchase. This does not signify acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline an order for reasons such as:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or typographical errors
- Payment verification issues
- Fraud detection
6.2 Order Cancellation by Customer
Customers can cancel their order only before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

6.3 Order Cancellation by PYDAN
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock issues, payment failure, or incorrect pricing. In such cases, full refund (if payment received) will be processed within 7–10 working days.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2–5 business days and deliver within 5–10 business days, depending on your location. Custom-made rugs or any product may take longer to dispatch and deliver.
However, delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed. Delays due to logistics, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
8. RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS, AND REFUNDS
Refer to our detailed Return & Refund Policy below. In brief, we do not allow returns except for damaged or defective products (verified case-by-case).
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All content on our Site—including logos, trademarks, product images, text, graphics, and layouts—is the intellectual property of PYDAN. You may not reproduce, copy, or exploit any material without prior written permission.
10. USER CONDUCT

Our liability shall in no event exceed the total purchase price of the product.

All products are provided “as is.” We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
PYDAN disclaims all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law.
13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify and hold PYDAN harmless against any losses, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of the Site, breach of Terms, or violation of law.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi, India. Any dispute shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. Failing which, it will be referred to binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
15. CHANGES TO TERMS
We may modify these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on our Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our Site implies acceptance.
